Subcontractor recruitment

1.1. Keza Bau conducts research and selects the right subcontractor who is professional to complete our projects.

1.2. Organizes physical and virtual meetings, presents our projects and the terms of cooperation with the subcontractor.

1.3. The subcontractor cannot work directly with client, bypassing the project manager assigned by us, which is Keza Bau.

Signing the pre-contract and contract

2.1. Determines the prices between the Subcontractor - Keza Bau and client.

2.2. The Subcontractor is legally obliged to respect the payment to the project manager who is legally determined by client which is Keza Bau.

2.3. If the subcontractor does not respect the payments, we are obliged to take legal action and with hold the subcontractor from the amount of the obligation to Keza Bau.

2.4. Prepares the preliminary contract which is the main condition for signing the final contract.

2.5. The preliminary contract enters into force upon signing the final contract with client

Organization

3.1. Determines the start date of the work.

3.2. If necessary assists the subcontractor in securing housing for his workers, and distributes the contacts of the supervisory personnel that are necessary for communication during the course of the work.

3.3. Organizes the staff to receive the subcontractor at the residence and notify the formal procedures for the workplaces that are directly related to the projects

Financial part

4.1. The staff designated by Keza Bau checks the work performed and monitoring it so that the billing section matches the work performed.

4.2. Receives the invoicing from the subcontractor and checks the subcontractors' invoices and forwards them to the administration for payment.

4.3. Reminds the investor to make payments to the subcontractor on time.

4.4. Keza Bau is not responsible for financial obligations towards the subcontractor, as the subcontractor signs the contract directly with the client and resolves the issue of payment with the client.
